This is El Toro in prison
El Toro is the leader of Los Matadores in the game Gangstar: West Coast Hustle. He also knows L.C and is L.C's mentor. Pedro and Juan start doing missions for him after they steal a Soraia for him. They continue until El Toro gets shot during a gang war at the nightclub, at which point they leave Santa Monica for the suburbs.
